3) DE&E also owns a national-level testing center which covers comprehensive safety testing, performance testing, reliability assessments, and lifespan evaluations. It has the capability to test all DE&E products and core components, providing authoritative monitoring of product quality. This ensures that every item leaving DE&E's factory is trustworthy, while also providing reliable date and experimental support for technological innovation and development.

Its factory is constructed based on Industry 4.0 and adopts advanced technologies to achieve quality management traceability which involves real-time monitoring and feedback throughout the production process, providing full traceability of product quality and achieving lean production management.
By leveraging technologies such as RFID, PDA, sensors, and wireless network communication, we enable connectivity among equipment, materials, and personnel. Through data exchange, communication, and automatic uploads, we achieve intelligent identification, positioning, tracking, and monitoring of all elements involved in production management.

Our MOQ for each model is 100pcs. But we will offer a less MOQ=50pcs for new client if it can accept neutral package.

For new orders, our lead time is usually 45 days after deposit and all artworks confirmed. And for repeated orders, the lead time is usually 35 days after deposit.

For first time cooperation, our payment term is 30% TT deposit+70% TT balance payment before loading. But we can negotiate on the payment term after we establish stable cooperation.

We can provide internationally recognized certification like CB or CE for our products. If you have special need, we can discuss on the certification issue.

Our products have been exported to over 40 countries. The main regions are South-east Asia, Middle East, Australia&New Zealand.

Yes, we can do both OEM and ODM business.

For after-sales service, it shall be done locally by the client itself. We will provide FOC spare parts worth 1% of the order value to our clients for them to do the after-sales service.
