TESTING CENTER
DE&E collaborates with experts from the China Electric Power Research Institute and other institutions to establish over 30 specialized testing laboratories focused on appliance safety regulations. These labs conduct category-specific and comprehensive performance testing, reliability evaluations, durability assessments, material testing, and walk-in high and low temperature testing. They also perform temperature resistance, flame retardant, corrosion testing, and air performance assessments. In addition, we have dedicated testing rooms for soundproofing, gas chromatography analysis, air pressure, airflow, odor reduction, and grease separation.
The DE&E Testing Center encompasses thorough safety testing, performance evaluations, reliability assessments, and lifespan testing across all eleven product categories in our kitchen appliance line. It has the capability to test all DE&E products and core components, ensuring authoritative monitoring of product quality. This guarantees that every item leaving DE&E's factory is reliable while also providing valuable data and experimental support for ongoing technological innovation and development.
INTELLIGENT FACTORY
In line with modern advancements and technological progress, DE&E Appliances has invested 700 million yuan to establish the largest and most advanced smart factory in the kitchen appliance industry, adhering to Industry 4.0 standards. This facility integrates intelligence, digitalization, and automation, utilizing automated equipment and IoT technology to achieve comprehensive digital management. Every aspect of the process-ranging from production and testing to warehousing, order fulfillment, and customer service-is managed digitally, eliminating resource waste at all stages.
DE&E's smart factory stands out as a leader in the kitchen appliance sector, with an annual output value of 5 billion RMB. Since its launch, the quality inspection defect rate for all products has remained at zero. This state-of-the-art facility not only increases our production capacity three to four times but also signifies a major breakthrough in core technology, craftsmanship, and quality. As a result, DE&E is effectively achieving a dual upgrade in both quality and output.

DE&E's large smart factory: a modern, intelligent production base
With an investment of 700 million RMB, DE&E's expansive smart factory spans 78,000 square meters and boasts a built-up area of nearly 195,000 square meters. It has the capacity to produce 2 million units of kitchen appliances annually, generating an output value of 5 billion RMB. This facility employs comprehensive digital and intelligent management systems, fostering effective communication and synergy between humans and machines, as well as among machines themselves. It ensures efficient connectivity across all processes, establishing itself as one of the largest and most advanced high-end kitchen appliance production bases in the country.
Simplifying Complexity: Streamlining Intricate Processes into One Step
At DE&E's smart factory, fully automated hydraulic equipment allows for the rapid production of complex sheet metal components, completing the stamping process in an average of just 13 seconds per piece.
"Super Welders": Elevating Quality Assurance
The "Super Welders" in DE&E's factory are entirely robotic, enhancing the precision and intricacy of the welding process. This technology not only improves the consistency of weld quality but also ensures that every component of each DE&E product meets the highest standards throughout production.
Intelligent Production Line: Simplifying the Painting Process
DE&E products undergo a meticulous painting process that includes 7 procedures and 13 steps, with no manual intervention required. This approach emphasizes craftsmanship while significantly boosting operational efficiency.
Domestic Leader: One-Stop Intelligent Goods Warehouse
Integrating information technology, IoT, and automation, DE&E's intelligent finished goods warehouse features 5,000 storage positions within a 24,000 square meter facility. Traditionally, this operation would require 120 workers, but the smart warehouse functions efficiently with just 2 workers and 1 computer. The entire inbound and outbound sorting process is automated, greatly enhancing both efficiency and accuracy.
