The surface is a heat-toughened tempered glass panel that resists thermal shock and wipes clean effortlessly, making it as practical as it is visually striking.

At the core of this kitchen stove performance are four original SABAF burners, manufactured in Italy to the exacting standards demanded by European gas appliance regulations. SABAF burners are engineered for rapid, uniform flame distribution across the burner ring, which directly translates into faster heat-up times and consistent cooking temperatures. The two 4.0kW wok burners are configured to produce the high-velocity, concentrated heat required for searing, stir-frying at restaurant speed, and reducing sauces quickly. Combined, the four burners achieve a system thermal efficiency of 62%, meaning a greater proportion of the gas energy reaches the cookware rather than dissipating into the kitchen. Each burner is independently protected by a thermocouple-based flame failure device that cuts off the gas supply within seconds if the flame is extinguished-providing reliable automatic safety without requiring any user action.

Easy-to-Control Knobs: The kitchen gas hob's metal control knobs are positioned along the front fascia for intuitive, arms-length access-no reaching over hot pans to adjust the flame. Each knob controls both the electric ignition spark and the gas flow rate in a single progressive rotation, moving smoothly from the maximum wok heat setting down to a barely-there simmer.

Cast Iron Fire Covers: The cast iron fire covers sit securely over each burner head, directing the flame outward for maximum efficiency and protecting the burner components from spill contamination.

Easy-to-Clean and maintenance: Beneath the entire cooking surface, the enamel-coated drip tray captures any overflow, preventing liquids from reaching the hob's internal components and making post-cooking cleanup a simple and easy matter.
